RETURNS

Return Policy We will accept items for exchange or a refund only if we are notified of the items to be returned within 10 days of the shipped date. We will accept returns less shipping costs, which have to be unused, in their original condition, in their original box and properly labeled. Shipping charges for exchanges will be required, and a 15% restocking fee applied for all return refunds.

To return or exchange an item, you need to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Do not ship the items back without a Return Authorization, as we cannot guarantee proper credit without it. All such packages will be refused. To request a Return Authorization Number, please send a e-mail with your Order Number to: badlanzhpe@yahoo.com . We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred to send the product back for exchange. The return must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the return authorization number. There are no exceptions to this policy.
